Consorting.

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Who we are

Consorting (consorting.app) is provided by Ken Ryrbo, an individual seller based in Sweden ("we", "us"). By using Consorting you are contracting with Ken Ryrbo.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use Consorting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

3. The service

Consorting is a web workspace that helps project consortia track agreements, obligations, deliverables, partner updates and reporting. Each project is billed by subscription after a free trial.

4. Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

  • using it for any unlawful purpose;
  • fraud, spam or impersonation;
  • uploading content that infringes others' intellectual property;
  • interfering with security, including malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits;
  • reselling or redistributing the service.

6. AI-assisted features

Some features use AI to suggest obligations or draft text. Outputs may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before you rely on them; they are not legal or professional advice. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to it. We may filter outputs or remove content that breaches these terms. Rights-holders can report infringement to support@consorting.app; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We work to keep Consorting available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. After termination you may request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

12. General

These terms are governed by Swedish law and disputes are handled by the courts of Sweden. You may not assign these terms without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
