1. Controller

Ken Ryrbo, based in Sweden, operates Consorting and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: support@consorting.app.

2. Data we collect and why

  • Account data (name, organisation, email, login credentials) — to create and run your account. Basis: contract.
  • Project content (agreements, deliverables, updates, documents you upload) — to provide the service. Basis: contract.
  • Support messages — to help you. Basis: contract / legitimate interests.
  • Usage and device data (IP address, browser, log data) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product. Basis: legitimate interests.
  • Product emails — only where you have agreed. Basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Who we share it with

  • Service providers who host and run the service (cloud hosting, database, email, AI processing);
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription management, payments, tax and invoicing;
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants;
  • Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after closure, unless the law requires longer. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and per-project permissions.

8. Cookies

We only use essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and run the service. We do not use advertising cookies.
